Take, for example, what we did for one client who hosted a large conference—with just one call placed. We picked up attendees from the airport. We transported them to five different events in four days—a boat cruise, two teambuilding events, an open house, and offsite party in downtown Minneapolis—handling the planning, logistics, and production of all. We provided the lounge furniture for the hospitality suite at the host hotel. Took care of all of the décor, flowers, props, linens, and food and beverages for the open house, as well as centerpieces for an awards ceremony. Then, took attendees back to the airport. Just as we did for this event, we strive to not only take care of all of your needs, but to exceed them, from the food to the entertainment of the guests.
